SPARQ Systems Inc. has appointed Magomet Malsagov, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food, beverage, and IT sectors, to its board of directors. Malsagov’s leadership and strategic expertise, demonstrated through his successful ventures like PureCircle Ltd, are expected to drive SPARQ’s growth and innovation. The company has also granted him options to purchase up to 200,000 common shares as part of its equity incentive plan.
