SPARQ Systems Inc. has announced a private placement offering to raise up to $5 million by selling common shares at $0.40 each. The proceeds from the sale, which is brokered by Pollitt & Co. Inc., will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering, which may include insider participation, is subject to regulatory approval and is slated to close around May 17, 2024.
