Spark New Zealand Limited has announced the issuance of 1,738,184 options under its Long Term Incentive Scheme, which will convert into ordinary shares at a 1:1 ratio upon meeting specific board-determined performance conditions. The granted options, which are non-transferable and subject to a three-year vesting period, represent a minor increase of 0.096% in the company’s ordinary share count if fully exercised. This capital change reflects the company’s commitment to aligning the interests of its employees with those of its shareholders.
