Spark Energy Minerals Inc. has successfully completed its acquisition of Latam Energy Acquisition Corp., expanding its mining portfolio with key lithium and gold tenements in Brazil’s Lithium Valley. The deal was finalized with the issuance of 20 million common shares at a deemed price of $0.7 per share, acquiring strategic assets including the Joaima and Vertex Projects.
