Sparc Technologies Ltd (AU:SPN) has released an update.

Sparc Technologies Limited has disclosed a change in Director Nicholas O’Loughlin’s interests, reporting the acquisition of 154,545 fully paid ordinary shares and 77,273 unlisted options. These transactions occurred as part of a share placement approved by shareholders, and no securities were disposed of in the process. Post-change, O’Loughlin holds 250,000 unlisted options, 77,273 additional unlisted options at a different exercise price, 3,000,000 performance rights, and 154,545 ordinary shares.
