SPACETALK Limited (AU:SPA) has released an update.
SPACETALK Limited has successfully completed an equity raise, securing A$1.6 million through an institutional entitlement offer and a placement, with a further A$1.7 million expected from an upcoming retail entitlement offer. The funds will be utilized for inventory purchases, growth marketing, and the development of new products, including the Adventurer 3 device and associated software. The new shares and options from the institutional phase are set to begin trading on the 23rd of September.
