Spacetalk Ltd has corrected a previously published Appendix 4E and Preliminary Financial Report, rectifying an incorrect statement on page 11 regarding the company’s Going Concern. The correction does not affect any other parts of the report. Spacetalk, known for its interconnected family safety products and services, provides a secure technology platform for family and remote worker safety through wearable hardware and a customizable software-as-a-service app.
