Spacetalk Limited successfully completed a capital raise of $3,454,745 through an Entitlement Offer and Placement, exceeding the initial target of $3,200,177. The funds will be used to accelerate the company’s growth strategy, enhance product offerings, and deliver value to stakeholders. Shares and Attaching Options from the raise are set to be issued on 09 October 2024.
