Spacetalk Director’s Stake Increases Notably

SPACETALK Limited (AU:SPA) has released an update.

Spacetalk Ltd has announced a change in director Martin Pretty’s relevant interests in securities, detailing acquisitions and holdings in various trusts and entities. Pretty has increased his stakes by tens of thousands of ordinary shares and listed options, with the transactions dated 09 October 2024. Notably, there were no disposals reported, and the ordinary shares were acquired at a rate of $0.024 each.
