Space Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ho Kwong Yu as an executive Director and his various representative roles, effective June 21, 2024, due to his desire to focus on other business endeavors. Mr. Ho’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements or undisclosed issues. Ms. Lei Soi Kun will succeed Mr. Ho in his former capacities at the company.
