S&P International Disbands Oversight Committee

S&P International Holding Limited (HK:1695) has released an update.

S&P International Holding Limited has dissolved its sanctions oversight committee (SOC) effective from 29 August 2024, stating that the committee’s objectives have been met with no outstanding issues. Post-dissolution, the Board will assume the responsibilities of the SOC, leading to the stepping down of Mr. Lee Sieng Poon, Ms. Wong Yuen Lee, and Mr. Lee Chee Bun from their committee roles.
