S&P International Holding Limited has announced leadership restructuring, with Mr. Tang Koon Fook stepping down as chairman but continuing as an executive director and being redesignated as managing director, while Mr. Lee Sieng Poon also steps down as managing director but remains an executive director. The company has appointed Dato’ Mohd Ibrahim Bin Mohd Nor as the new chairman, taking on additional roles in the nomination committee, yet staying on the audit and remuneration committees.
