Sovereign Metals Grants New Performance Rights

Sovereign Metals Limited (AU:SVM) has released an update.

Sovereign Metals Limited has announced the issuance of a total of 4,725,000 unlisted performance rights post-shareholder approval, with specific milestones including definitive feasibility study, mining licence grant, and final investment decision. Additionally, a portion of previously issued performance rights lapsed due to employment cessation. The company’s total securities now include almost 600 million fully paid ordinary shares and various tranches of performance rights with expiration dates ranging from October 2025 to June 2026.
