Sovereign Cloud Holdings Ltd. reported a significant revenue increase of 58% year-on-year in their 2024 annual report, despite a net loss which improved by 7%. The company expanded through acquisitions, including Venn IT Solutions Pty Ltd and PCG Cyber Pty Ltd, and did not declare or pay dividends for the year. Shareholders saw a modest increase in net tangible asset backing per security from 7.2 to 8.5 cents.
