Sovereign Cloud Holdings Ltd. has announced an unconditional cash offer from 5G Networks Limited to acquire all fully paid ordinary shares in AuCyber Limited for 11 cents per share, providing shareholders with immediate value and certainty. The offer stands as the sole takeover proposal available, and investors have until February 6, 2025, to decide. Morgans has been appointed as the broker to facilitate the acceptance of the offer.
