Sovereign Cloud Holdings Ltd. has announced a significant change in the holdings of director Ross Collins Needham Walker due to a consolidation of the company’s issued capital. The consolidation, which took effect from June 1, 2024, reduced Walker’s indirect holdings in the company from approximately 17.88 million shares to about 1.78 million shares, with every 10 shares being consolidated into 1 share. This move comes after approval by the company’s members at the general meeting held on April 24, 2024.
