Southwest Securities International Securities Limited has announced a delay in dispatching the composite document related to the unconditional mandatory cash offer by Goldlink Securities Limited, acting on behalf of Ocean Wisdom Investments Limited, for all its issued shares. The company has received a tentative extension until 6 December 2024 for posting the document to shareholders and remains under a trading suspension since 4 March 2024, pending compliance with resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange.
