Southwest Securities International Securities Limited and Ocean Wisdom Investments Limited have provided an update on a potential unconditional mandatory cash offer by Goldlink Securities Limited for all issued shares of Southwest Securities, excluding those already owned or agreed to be acquired by the offeror and its allies. The offer is dependent on certain conditions being met, which include regulatory approvals from the SFC and consent from Chongqing SASAC. So far, several conditions remain unfulfilled, and further announcements will be made as progress is achieved.
