Southstone Minerals Limited has mutually ended its agreement to acquire a 90% stake in Padstone, maintaining its current 10% share. The company is looking to increase production at its Oena Diamond Mine and will announce updates after the next diamond tender. Additionally, Southstone has extended the closing of a private placement aimed to fund exploration and working capital needs.
