Southstone Minerals Limited has agreed with Padstone Pte. Ltd. to extend the deadline to complete their share purchase agreement until 30 June 2024. This extension is due to the ongoing process of securing exploration permits for the Soromaya Project in the Republic of Guinea. The rest of the agreement’s terms remain unchanged, and there is no certainty on when the permits will be issued.
