SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has announced the successful passage of key resolutions at their Special Meeting, with shareholders authorizing deferral agreements and an amendment to the company’s convertible debenture. Over 97% of votes cast were in favor of both the March and April 2024 Deferral Agreements with JD Zhixing Fund L.P., as well as the Convertible Debenture Amendment. These approvals come despite JDZF’s abstention from voting due to their interest in the agreements.
