SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has announced a special meeting of shareholders to be held on August 28, 2024, in Vancouver, Canada, to seek approval for previously outlined agreements and amendments. Shareholders registered by the July 24, 2024, record date will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The management proxy circular with details on the agreements and the Independent Board Committee’s recommendations will be available by August 6, 2024.
