SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has announced the successful passage of proposed resolutions at their annual general meeting, alongside key changes including the appointment of Mr. Fan Keung Vic Choi as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Yingbin Ian He as the lead director, alterations in board committee compositions, and the dissolution of the operations committee. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of appointing BDO Limited as the company’s auditors, fixing the number of directors at eight, and electing director nominees.
