Southern Packaging Group Limited has announced changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from May 1, 2024. Mr. Chan Kam Loon is joining as the Lead Independent Director and will chair the Audit and Remuneration Committees, while Mr. Poon Joe Keen is appointed as a member of the Audit, Remuneration, and Nominating Committees.
