Southern Archipelago Ltd. has announced the voluntary liquidation of its dormant subsidiary, Trackplus Sdn. Bhd., with no expected impact on the company’s financials. The liquidation process, commencing in January 2025, is not anticipated to affect the group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share.
