Southern Alliance Mining Ltd. has announced the extension of the exclusivity period and expiry dates for the non-binding memorandums of understanding concerning the proposed acquisitions of a 40% stake in MCRE Resources Sdn Bhd and a complete takeover of Paramount Synergy Sdn Bhd until 31 July 2025. The company is currently engaged in discussions and due diligence processes, with further updates to be provided in accordance with SGX-ST Catalist Rules.
