Southern Alliance Mining Ltd. has announced a change in its corporate structure with the appointment of Ms. Tong Shan, Helen as the new Company Secretary, effective from 12 July 2024. She replaces Mr. Lee Wei Hsiung, who has resigned from the position on the same date. The company expressed gratitude towards Mr. Lee for his services during his tenure.
