South Star Battery Metals successfully closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising over $1.3 million to fund various company activities. The total proceeds from both tranches now exceed $2.1 million, with participation from company insiders. The funds will be directed towards exploration, development, and general working capital.
