South Star Battery Metals Corp. has announced the successful purification of its BamaStar graphite project to a battery-grade purity of 99.95% fixed carbon, marking a significant step towards serving the lithium-ion battery market and other industries. The company is progressing with a commercially viable production process and plans to integrate these results into a preliminary economic assessment due in September 2024, while also preparing for the commercial sale of high-quality graphite concentrates by Q4 2026.
