South Manganese Investment Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Huang Chuangxin as a non-executive Director, effective from September 10, 2024. Mr. Huang brings a wealth of experience in financial management and project management from his previous roles in various companies. His remuneration includes an annual director’s fee of HK$300,000 and eligibility for the company’s share option scheme.
