South China Vocational Education Group Company Limited has announced a change in their corporate structure with Ms. Suen Ka Yan appointed as the new Company Secretary and Process Agent, effective from 19 June 2024, replacing Ms. Ho Yin Kwan. Ms. Suen brings over seven years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and is a member of prestigious governance institutes in Hong Kong and the UK.
