Soundwill Holdings Halts Haven Court Auction

Soundwill Holdings (HK:0878) has released an update.

Soundwill Holdings Limited has announced that following a judgment by the Court of Appeal, the auction of Haven Court will not proceed as the Sale Order’s extension was denied, nullifying the order. The company will not challenge the court’s decision, and the cancellation of the auction is not expected to financially impact the Group, as previously disclosed in their Circular.
