Sound Energy has announced plans to adjourn its annual general meeting originally scheduled for today at 1:00pm, to allow shareholders time to correct proxy votes they have submitted in error. Shareholders will be asked to consent to this adjournment, with the date and venue for the rescheduled AGM to be confirmed later. Proxies already submitted will be valid for the rescheduled meeting, and shareholders can register online to attend the adjournment proceedings.
