Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (Soul Patts) reported a reduction in their voting power in EQT Holdings Limited, from 8.28% to 7.21%, due to changes in their holdings of ordinary shares. Soul Patts’ direct holding now stands at 4.15%, while Pengana Capital Group Limited, in which Soul Patts holds over 20% voting power, accounts for 3.06% of the votes.
