Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Co. Ltd. has reported a change in Director Todd James Barlow’s interests, with an acquisition of 31,240 Ordinary Shares and a disposal of the same number of Unquoted Performance Rights. This transaction was part of the company’s Long-term Incentive Plan, where shares were bought at an average price of $32.32 to meet the vesting requirements of performance rights.
