Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited has submitted an application for the quotation of securities, as per Appendix 2A, to be listed on the ASX. The securities, announced on August 29, 2024, and to be issued on August 30, 2024, were part of transactions previously disclosed to the market. This step will allow the company’s securities to be publicly traded and available to a wider range of investors.
