Sorrento Resources Ltd., a Canadian exploration firm, has successfully acquired the entire interest in the Newfoundland-based Lord Baron Project, which spans over 5,650 hectares with 13 mineral licenses. The acquisition includes a $47,500 cash payment and 4.3 million common shares, alongside a 2% net smelter return royalties to the original vendors.
