Sonos, Inc. has expanded its board by appointing Bracken Darrell as a new independent director, increasing the number of board members from seven to eight. Darrell’s term as a Class I director will run until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. He will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors and has entered into an indemnification agreement with the company. The appointment, which carries no undisclosed conflicts of interest, was publicly announced in a press release by Sonos.
