Sonoran Desert Copper Faces Filing Delay

Prime Meridian Resources (TSE:SDCU) has released an update.

Sonoran Desert Copper Corporation has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and related documents for the year ended December 31, 2023. A Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) has been issued, allowing individuals other than directors, officers, or insiders to trade their securities while the company works to rectify the filing delay, expecting completion by June 28, 2024. The company has committed to providing bi-weekly updates until the issue is resolved and confirms no undisclosed material information or insolvency proceedings.
