Sonoran Desert Copper Corporation (SDCU) has officially terminated its option agreement for the Normanby Project in Papua New Guinea. The company had paid initial fees and conducted due diligence but did not proceed with any further payments or share transactions under the agreement. SDCU continues to focus on developing and monetizing material assets to enhance shareholder value.
