BTQ Technologies Corp. is set to raise up to C$10 million through a private placement of common shares, with proceeds aimed at supporting general corporate purposes and its quantum computation memory product. The offering is facilitated by A.G.P. Canada Investments and is expected to close by December 19, 2024.
