Sono Group N.V. invites its shareholders to the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 31, 2024, at DLA Piper Nederland N.V. in Amsterdam. Shareholders intending to attend must register by July 24 and can vote live at the AGM or send their votes in advance. The agenda includes the confirmation of the auditor appointments for the 2023 financial year, discussion of the company’s dividend and reservation policy, and the reappointment of Mr. George O’Leary as CEO.
