Sonendo, Inc. has appointed John Bostjancic as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 5, 2024. Bostjancic brings extensive financial experience from previous roles, including serving as CFO for multiple life science companies. His compensation package includes a $425,000 base salary with a 60% target bonus and 720,000 restricted stock units vesting over four years. Alongside this appointment, Sonendo’s board has also expanded its inducement plan, reserving an additional 1 million shares for equity awards to attract new talent.
