Michael P. Watts has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer of Sonendo, Inc., effective March 15, 2024, to explore new opportunities, with no disagreements over financial matters cited. His departure does not qualify him for severance but he retains rights to performance-based compensation for 2023 and a one-time Q1 2024 payment. Chris Guo, with a solid background in finance and accounting, steps in as the Interim CFO while the company seeks a permanent replacement. Guo’s new compensation details are pending and will be disclosed in an upcoming amendment.
