Sona Nanotech Inc. is set to raise $1.5 million through a private share placement at $0.25 each, with participation from insiders and existing shareholders. Numus Capital Corp. will serve as the exclusive finder, earning commissions and share purchase warrants. The proceeds will fund Sona’s innovative cancer therapy trials, research, and general corporate expenses.
