Investors in SomnoMed Limited have voted in favor of all proposed resolutions at the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting, including the issuance of options under the Employee Share Option Plan 2021 and the approval of potential termination benefits for two executives. The resolutions received overwhelming support, with over 98% of votes cast for the employee option plans and over 86% for the termination benefits.
