Somero Enterprises Inc. has announced the purchase of 11,594 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 345 pence each, as part of its share buy-back program initiated earlier this year. Following the buy-back and the planned cancellation of these shares, the company’s issued share capital will stand at 55,030,745 Ordinary Shares. This move will subsequently adjust the total voting rights in the company to 55,025,245.
