Somero Enterprises Executes Share Buy-back

Somero Enterprises Inc (GB:SOM) has released an update.

Somero Enterprises, Inc. has recently bought back 9,009 of its own shares at a uniform price of 333 pence per share, as part of a repurchase program announced earlier in March. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will adjust the company’s issued share capital to 55,064,404 Ordinary Shares, excluding the treasury-held shares, thereby changing the total voting rights to 55,058,904.
