Somero Enterprises Inc. has announced the purchase of 12,555 of its own ordinary shares on May 8, 2024, as part of a share buy-back program, with all acquired shares to be cancelled. The shares were bought at a uniform price of 321.49 pence each. Following the transaction, the company’s total voting rights come to 55,109,985, reflecting the updated number of shares in issuance.
