Somero Enterprises, Inc. has announced the buy-back of 4,949 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 315 pence each, as part of a share buy-back programme initiated earlier this year. These shares are set to be cancelled, which will reduce the issued share capital to 55,002,506 Ordinary Shares and leave the total voting rights at 54,997,006. This move is likely to have an impact on the company’s share structure and shareholder value.
